As Noderix Teknoloji Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ^[1] located at İTOB OSB Mah. 10032 Sk. No: 2, Menderes/İZMİR (hereinafter referred to as “Company” or “we” or “our” or “us”), we attach importance to protect personal information of our esteemed visitors, users or customers (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”). For this reason, website of Noderix named as www.noderix.io and the mobile app named as Visutate and website named as www.visutate.com  (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Platform), which is established, designed and operated by Company, shall collect, process and store your personal information as a result of visiting or using the Platform. We have prepared this policy to inform you regarding our data processing activities in relation to your personal information collected by the Platform.

Collection of Personal Information

The following chart explains the categories of personal information collected, the sources of the collection, the purposes of the processing activities, and the legal grounds of the collection.

Domestic and Cross-Border Transfers of Personal Information

Cloud server services are provided by Google. In this context, your personal data^[8] collected while visiting, enrolling or using our Platform regardless your status of member, visitor or user are transferred abroad.

In addition, your name, Contents, IP address and Session IDs may be shared with public institutions and organizations authorized to request personal data in order to fulfill our legal obligations under the applicable laws.

Your payment information and name will be shared the payment service providers via our Platform. Your internet or other electronic network activity information, device information, IP address and session IDs will be shared with analytics providers residing abroad for our Platform.

Image information, on the other hand, will be transferred to the relevant service provider residing abroad, in cases where you have given the necessary permissions to provide the relevant service and requested to receive the service.

If the Company or the Platform is subject to legal transactions such as sales, transfer, merger, separation, dissolution, acquisition, your personal data may be shared in order to ensure the continuity of the company and the application.

In this context, if you are using the Platform with a username provided by your employer, then your collected personal data^[9] is transferred to your employer for research, analysis, statistics and workplace planning purposes, after being anonymized and compared and evaluated with the data of other users in your workplace. Among these aggregated data, there is no data that can identify you and that can be associated with you, or personal data.

Profiling means any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular, to analyze or predict aspects concerning that natural person's personal preferences, interests, behavior, location or movements.
